We offer a 2-year legal warranty on all our products covering only damages due to manufacturing defects.

All our huts come with a certificate of origin and maintenance (also available upon request).

Spare Parts Service

As manufacturers, we provide personalized service and consider replacement of nipa hut spare parts.

Important to Know

  • Our standard warranty is limited to hidden manufacturing defects and the laws in force in the country of origin.
  • Bamboo is not wood and falls outside the scope of certain standards in some countries.
  • All outdoor items are protected by varnishes but this varnishing is not covered by warranty.

Beware of Counterfeits

Counterfeit Nipa = poor quality = big disappointments. The best guarantee for consumers is and remains the certificate of origin issued by our authorized dealers.

After-Sales Service

Long-Term Service

Long-term service is provided (e.g., materials for renovation...). We do not travel to customers as business is conducted from the factory. Any other arrangement should be discussed with one of our dealers.
